Panera Bread - Columbus

The WORST ran Panera Bread! If the food wasn't good I would never return to this location. EVERY VISIT there is a service issue! This morning I pull in and the drive thru is out of their parking lot. I went inside to find no one. Ordered and waited..... and waited.... and waited. The drive thru moved and the fixed their orders. It took forever for my order. Upon leave the drive thru was completely empty. Do NOT go inside unless you have all day to wait.

I'm so disappointed with my order today, we had a breakfast for the staff and ordered 2 totes of bagels 10 were supposed to be cinnamon crunch. There were no cinnamon crunch in the tote at all, so I called and the manager gave me a free tote to pick up within a month. Then I noticed the bagels were still on everyone's plate, so I got a bagel they were toasted so hard no one ate then at all. Just wasted $35 even though im getting a free replacement tote, it should be two because none were edible. This has never happened at this location before, food and service is normally very good.

This location is awful in the way its employees are managed. As 1 of 3 people in the resteraunt, my wife and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a standard smoothie. This is mostly due to the guy behind the counter being more focused on his personal conversations than providing a service. Thought about adressing the manager, then shortly realized the morning shift manager was part of the problem. Wouldn't recommend this location, save yourself some trouble and go to the one in North Columbus.
