Feedback gevenIt was a fine sunny blue sky winter day and we were having a stunning hike. Then we happened on this hut with blazing fires and marvellous food. Heaven
I was here for the last holidays during the last night of the year. The very simple place, a typical Malga, surprised me with a very warm welcoming by the owner, and the girl I suppose being her daughter. Really kind indeed. The food was great, well prepared with a lot of care and, even if not so necessary in places like this, very well presented . The starters was made of sliced goat salami, speck and ham served with a special bread with fennel's seeds. Then Tagliatelle with mushrooms and finally the Casunzei the original stuffed pasta of this area) and I think they were the best I've ever had in my life. Delicious. As second dish there was the goulash with smashed potatoes and kale and as a dessert, berry fruits with ice cream. We spent about 60€ but the drinks were all included and if we wanted, we could have drank much more. The coffee and the spumante was also in the price, that I find reasonable considering the special night.
Siamo tornati dopo alcuni anni e devo dire che la qualità del cibo e del servizio sono eccellenti. I tempi di attesa sono giusti e il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La tagliata era davvero di alto livello. Ottimo punto di partenza o arrivo per una giornata a Comelico Superiore.
Una famiglia che decide di ridare vita ad una malga situata nel cuore del Comelico Superiore, e che lo fa con Amore Passione, può solo creare cose di Qualità! Tappa obbligatoria per chiunque decida di godersi il meglio delle Dolomiti... Cibo ottimo a km zero o autoprodotto, accoglienza straordinaria condita da un paesaggio meraviglioso, natura e animali, tra cui delle straordinarie vacche Highlander che ispirano tenerezza infinita!! CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!
