Nhti Bistro - Concord

We had a horrible stay the weekend of 5-5-2023. There were a couple of rooms next to our room that were very loud late at night waking us up, to the point we called the front desk to complain. I think they have a lot of contract workers living there and they were very disruptive. Emailed the company to complain and heard nothing back from them. I stay in a lot of Holiday Inn's and this was by far our worst weekend.

Terrible, horrible hotel!!! The rooms were dirty and unclean! The staff was unfriendly and basically not even available. I had trouble trying to locate the front desk person to ask a simple question. Considering the cost of the room which was very expensive for 1 person) I would think it would of been a better hotel and a nice room! This place is disgusting! Do not book a room here ! Go elsewhere!!!!

The company that runs the Bistro has changed hands since August of 2022. The food has definitely improved and the staff are amazing.

The room was not very clean, the pool jacuzzi where filthy. We didn't feel like driving so we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant I got the haddock, the fish smelt bad, I sent it back and just got chicken wings, I didn't eat them, they were under cooked and where like rubber. We ended up leaving to eat dinner elsewhere. Worst restaurant I have ever been in....

Bistro has sub station, grill fryers, bottled drinks, coffee station, bakery items and packaged items. it is not a restaurant. seating area is quite and a good place to meet friends. it's clean and has a friendly staff
