Concourse D Aunt Anne’s…..nicest lady working the register. Nobody likes to travel, she made the my morning, she was so friendly. Best customer service from ANY auntie Anne’s!! 10/04/2023 at 8:45 a.m

The workers are very rude here! We stopped in at this location going on vacation and it was 8 something in the morning. I informed the cashier I wanted the pretzel nuggets with no salt. She instantly looked at the other lady that was grabbing the orders out the case. That lady goes “ we can make them but it will take 30 mins”. I know for a fact it doesn’t take that long because I order that from other airports and back home and it never takes that long. She just didn’t want to make them! Returning from vacation we now have a 3 hr layover In Atlanta so I figure I try auntie Anne’s again since by the time I make it home they will be closed. We made it up to the counter at 7:45pm I informed the cashier I wanted a pretzel nugget with no salt. Instantly an older lady said we don’t have any. I told her I’m willing to wait she tells me there ovens are already off and they are not cooking anything else. How are your ovens off and y’all close at 9 or 10pm. That is a busy airport! She said “ you can have a no salt pretzel” I said I don’t want that she goes “oh well then” they really need to work on their attitudes. I never said to sign up and work there. If you don’t like the public you are in the wrong field! There is people out here that can not have salt on their food! I would NEVER stop at this location again! I was definitely looking to speak with management while I was here

Worst possible experience. This is the kind of place I would give negative stars to if Yelp allowed it. First of all they had nothing no pretzel dogs, no nuggets, nothing. On top of that, the checkout girl had so much attitude. She acted like she clearly didn't want us to be there barely answered my questions. Mumbled monosyllables when she did. When I went back to order a third item, she told me the nuggets would be 10 minutes to make. I went back 15 mins later and she looked at me like I'm causing her a lot of inconvenience. Would not give me a straight answer for when they would be ready. Unfortunately it's a busy airport so we were stuck there waiting for our ride. When the pretzels and nuggets did come out, they tasted terrible on top of it all.

Large sodas will not be filled full, more like half 2/3 fill, refill is an extra charge. Food dough is very thick and sloshy type. Eat at your own risk

WHY do they open SO LATE? This place should be open at 6am, or at LEAST by 7am. Aunt Annie's is usually open early in other airports. This location has very inconsistent business hours. They are missing a LOT of business by not being open by 7am.
