Best Mac n cheese I've ever had in my life. The Peru Peri fries are also worth a try! They'll corner your loyalty at Chattahoochee Food Works.
First time here and this place is DELICIOUS! I stopped by bc I was craving Mac n cheese boy oh boy, this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It hit the spot and satisfied my craving! I basically just order a full side and spinach and feta pie. As a pescatarian my options were limited so the only other thing available was a curry veggie pie and fries( I think). Either way, this will be my go 2 when I'm craving Mac n cheese. So moist and creamy, I highly recommended! My friend got the chicken pedi pero and loved it. The perfect amount of food though the peri peri def has a kick to it for those with a low spicy tolerance. They can adjust to your comfort level. Oh, and the cashier had A1 customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name to shout him out but his in laws are the owners and they are from South Africa. Highly recommend you check this place out! Located at Chattahoochee food works, free 2 hrs parking.
A delicious, unique South African food stall in The Works food hall. I've never had South African food before, so I was excited to try something new. I ordered the Sosaties plate, which included two grilled lamb skewers on a bed of seasoned rice, Mac and cheese, and some pickled vegetables. Everything was seasoned to perfection! I loved how they infused sweet and savory with dried apricots and raisins. I also ordered a side of French Fries and a South African canned iced tea, both equally as delicious. Sorry no pics of anything...just know that I will be back again!
Friendly service. Reason for 2 stars is value. Got the Peri Dawg which was very small for $18. Also served in a normal hotdog bun instead of the roll in the picture.
We have eaten here multiple times. Even though the name does not make it completely clear I am sure this place serves South African food and it is extremely good. It is located inside of the Chattahoochee works food court. My daughter order the Peri Peri chicken. This dish has chicken or skewers, a yellow rice, macaroni and cheese two different types of onions and a sauce I can’t remember. My only complaint is, I wanted to eat the rice and the Mac and cheese, but I don’t think I should. There’s plenty of seating in the food court. There is accessible parking and seating everywhereService was extremely good. The wait was not bad. We got her food in less than 10 minutes.Great for groups. Kid friendly. And dog friendly because of the outdoor seating area.#Ttip~ order your food from here it’s consistently good. Get a drink and dessert from somewhere else in the food court. That way you’re able to experience the variety of food available to you all in one place.Parking: We got a $30 ticket even though we had a timer that said we had started the parking session.
