I rarely do reviews! Needless to say, my experience with this restaurant is **** poor. They come to my job sell plates. I 'm not sure the name of the worker, but she was extremely rude disrespectful. There was an issue with my pre-paid order and I guess I had too many questions for them. What I don 't understand is how you can take someone 's money and then treat them poorly. They have a horrible ordering system, and that 's why I was asking questions. What is the point of ordering food ahead of time, only to be told you 've ran out of food? It 's completely pointless. The reason workers pre-order is to avoid the long lines, that take forever to get down. What was happening, was they were serving the people in line instead of fulfilling the orders that they ASK you to do online to avoid the line. Plenty of vendors set up shop at my place of employment and I have had ZERO problems! They 'll never get my money again. Let alone get an opportunity to talk to me the way they did. I had to remind myself that I was at work. Customers aren 't always right! That is a fact. But not one time was I rude or disrespectful. I understand how it is working in service, but this was absolutely wrong.
