Food was so delish. the service here is outstanding. this place has an awesome feel to it.

Fast and very friendly service....excellent caramel macchiato..

They gave me my change back in coins. What kind of shop can’t be bothered to give back dollar bills. Coffee was burnt and staff was rude.

They don't take cash and they don't label any of their items for food allergens. How are either of those things acceptable?

Great service and great hot chocolate. Compared to other vendors in Omni, CNN Centre and GWCC during a week long conference, their hot chocolate was the best I had and it cost less than Starbucks. Service was quick and efficient and Manager managed to take orders whilst cashiers we're busy to speed things up. So just literally paid and picked up my hot chocolate and bagel whilst paying for my items rather than a long wait. Only gripe I had was I ordered a large hot chocolate, no whip cream and it was only half full. But tasted great.
