Was a beautiful day my 60th birthday present from my daughter, spa day, we had breakfast which was absolutely beautiful, light lunch, 1 hour treatment and the use of the gym, pool, jacuzzi, lovely day spent. Parking: If booking a spa day it's free, otherwise £5.00 for 24 hours. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Penne Bolognese Pasta, Toasted Sourdough, Garlic Bread, Tiramisu Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot

Awful experience from entering to exiting the premises: I popped in THE RESTAURANT at 3 pm on a Sunday, wanted to order focaccia to take away. I was told there is no food. The kitchen is closed. To my shocking dismay, one member of staff and said: “oh, I thought you wanted a drink?” I’ve heard the restaurant is outstanding, and I wanted to pop in for a long time to try their food. Now I know how outstanding it is. Beyond appalling, unprofessional, sarcastic and helpless stuff. I bet their food doesn’t raise any way higher than the above description either. No wonder you’ve got four stars and I’m pretty sure they’ll go down with this kind of attitude and “welcoming” manner First time AND LAST!
