Chipotle Mexican Grill - Conroe

Food was adequate. Black beans not completely cooked. Hard instead of soft. No ice in the ice machine, Diet Coke sprayed everywhere, no napkins, food debris all over the floor.

The new grilled steak ordered in a bowl and I must say it simply.... to the point that my important other tried it and ate all my food. It is also filled me so that the portions are large. This was my first time at this place and it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh. I ordered online and picked up and they had it ready as soon as I made it. If I ever have to work in this area again, I'll eat a lot there again.

I was in the line order, then a lady with blond hair was in the checkout came touching money and the register with the same gloves and start touching my food without disturbing yet, new gloves disgusting places I do not use back

I meet a friend here for lunch about once a month. The food is delicious and the staff very accommodating and friendly. The steak burrito bowl is our favorite, being senior ladies we usually split one. The servers are great, I like beans and peppers/onions and she doesn't so they'll add those to one end of the bowl. The veggies are all fresh, my only complaint is the iced tea. We are tea fanatics, sweet for me, regular for her. It's 50/50 if the tea tastes too strong or isn't fresh. Get the tea issue resolved and I might go to 5 stars!

If you don’t want to have stomach pain and be poisoned do not eat here !!!!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!I went to this place on august 9th and there were new worker who did not know a lot of things, even did not know how to wrap burrito ,so train your workers before letting them work!!!!!!Besides it I got food poisoned probably they also put new workers to make food or some food was not fresh) . Tables were not clean and messy, restroom wasn’t neat .I will never ever eat in this place and will tell all my friends to avoid it .I hope manager will see this review and will train people very good before letting them work. So nobody else will have terrible experience like me , especially child .I wish I could put minus 5 review.
