Ralph's Donut Shop - Cookeville

My mom took me here while in Cookeville. Very good donuts. Don't think there's a bad choice in the bunch. Friendly service. Very nostalgic atmosphere. The drive through was lined out into the streets and the counter was full of people. Got to be doingsomething right. And they're open late. Closed Sunday Monday though. Would recommend stopping if in the area.

This place is amazing! Adorable inside and the donuts are delicious and plentiful. Get the Butter Twist.

Was in Cookeville for the first time and multiple people told us we needed to stop by. The service was fantastic and everybody was super friendly. So far I've tried the pork tenderloin and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and they were both great. Theyalso have biscuits and gravy in addition to donuts and I enjoyed them as well. I would not hesitate to visit again.

These donuts have rated highly on Facebook for a reason. Try the twists. They sell more in a day than a local big box store sells all their donuts in a week! My favorites include the cream filled Bismark, the creme horns, the maple cake donuts, and the long John's. My husband loves the sour cream donuts. My daughter loves the twists so much she once had me send her a dozen all the way to Colorado!

Traveled from Washington (the state). On a whim, I typed in donut shops. The cake donut was like nothing I've had before. It was light, airy, and looked like cake when I pulled it apart. I'm used to heavy dense and dry. Flew back for the apple fritter, kinda joking...I made sure my stay was during opening days. I think I will move here.
