Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Copley

Ordered two brownie extreme blizzards at the drive through. They failed to put in the chocolate fudge which makes the whole thing.

I got a choco-strawberry buzzard and it was good but after I got down half way there was no more strawberries or chocolate....

Getting stingy and not entering orders correctly. Asked for 4 piece chicken basket and a medium Sundae. I've seen pup cups bigger than the medium sundae. Ice cream barely broke plane of the dish and could have used a flat lid. Was charged for 6 piece meal and now I have 2 extra tenders I don't want and a pathetic sundae. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Consistency, if you’ve ever been to Dairy Queen before then you know what to expect--not a bad thing. A menu contains all the familiar ice cream treats you expect and burgers, fries, onion rings, hot dogs, etc. The restaurant was clean and modern. The service here could use a bit of help, more than once I’ve ordered a burger and fries with a Blizzard only to have the Blizzard come up first and my food come up 5 to 10 minutes later. This was by far the nicest, cleanest, friendliness Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The owner should be proud of this place.Corporate should use this place as an example what the rest should be.Thanks for the great experience!
