Feedback gevenThis is definitely my fav Starbucks in the neighbourhood. Even on the busiest day of the year the staff are friendly and work as fast as possible.The counter staff was so awesome, I got one of the last red cups of the day. And the barista was so smart they knew I wasn’t going to use the lid to my personal cup and gave me ample wip.You all rock!
Drink was made incorrectly. The girl who was serving me seemed nice towards me but i noticed she was being rude to her fellow co workers and seemed to ignore them when being spoken to. The whole atmosphere was very tense and negative, not a good scene to see after dropping off from work.
Got my mobile orders wrong twice in a row! Now I'm afraid to order at this location. First one was Cappuccino there was only half amount than usual as if someone drank the other half out of my cup, and yet tasted watery. Second time, ordered Flat White. I left the store without checking and later found I received Blonde espresso. What?? This never happened in other Starbucks locations so I tend to just checking my name when I pick up. This is unacceptable quality of service. Please hire more staff or train them properly.
Went there for coffee this morning I was a bit early for my hair appointment next door, sat outside for a few minutes to kill time, but the door slams every time someone goes in and out, it needs to be fixed I went in for my hair appointment, and that's all you can hear is the dam door slamming shut!!! FIX YOUR DOOR STARBUCKS.
It’s enough now with the mobile orders. People are here physically waiting in line they are getting bumped because of the mobile orders all the time. And you don’t have enough staff to facilitate all the mobile orders the walk-ins. The Staff is good and kind and they doing the best they can. But the mobile process is screwed up especially for people that are waiting in line. You should have a crew or staff just to deal with mobile and and another crew to deal with actual walk-in customers. I was standing in line for 15 mins before getting to the front of the line but mobile orders were flying out the door. No staff available to actually take orders at the till/cash desk. By the time I got the front… I just ended up leaving without placing an order because the toll staff is making sandwiches and unable ti take orders. Whoever is managing this store is doing a poor job.
