Steak 'n Shake - Coral Springs

Food was hot and fresh as usual, service is usual very fast, but today they were from their game. Had to wait a while before our order was taken and our salads were delivered. Never been offered refills on drinks. I wanted to pay and stand for a few minutes before someone came to help. All the other times I was in this place were amazing.

We entered as a group of 4 teenagers and it took about 15 minutes to get space. After we sit, we got menus and for an hour we watched that all who sat before us, and the take-out line that accumulated after we sat, and even the people who sat after us got at least one drink while it took us a whole hour to get milkshakes. we have to go to the counter and complain that we did not receive our drinks and then 10 minutes later we were served our food after the manager came to us. Oh, wait, but there's more: just to realize that one of the commands was grounded, although we included special instructions that were LIGHT MAYO, but we got EXTRA MAYO. but the manager gave us a deserved discount on our bill.

The waitress waiting for me was the sweetest girl who did everything she could to make me happy! Sweet! I told her I'd be begging about her, I definitely promised. I am intrigued that all the places I go are open. I'm so FAMOUS!

Honestly speaking about all a pretty bad experience, but the food was pretty good. Our waiter hardly said anything else while waiting for us. After a long wait for our food (they get it, I worked in the food industry for a while, I know how it can be) but then when we finally got our food our waiter did not bring us our shakes (one of them was the wrong taste) we had to hunt him down and ask for them and once we got them, you can say that they were sitting for a while because they were half melted. Together with our shakes not given, we were not given napkins or cutlery and our food was hardly warm as if it was sitting for a while. However, another waitress Aubey, I think, helped us out and was a sunbeam and made the experience more pleasant. She's the reason I leave 3 stars instead of 1.

Where do I begin? Let's start with the bathroom. The men's room is a hot mess. The garbage cans in there are over flowing. The wait for food is way too long for a place like this. We noticed that this location is either A) understaffed or B) mismanaged. No one is providing direction in the kitchen, which translates to higher wait times. There are people right now that are around me and have yet to receive their food and were here before our arrival. My review is not based on the food, but the way this place is being run. We probably won't be back.
