Boba Fiend Tea House - Corona

The coffee at this restaurant was disappointing. It seemed like most of the staff were young, probably in their first year of college. One of them made a joke about me not ordering boba in my drink, which felt unnecessary. When my wife asked about different boba drinks, the male cashier wearing a black beanie just pointed to the menu without giving any explanation, and told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I don't plan on returning. I hope the owner takes this feedback to heart and addresses their staff, as they could be harming the business. Just a friendly word of advice – save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I'm going here all the time and get the nasty big. the sizes are like it (small,) love it (medium,) fiend (big). I find that to be creepy, but I get the nasty size every time. my favorite is the war with boba. and the Thai tee with boba. paid about $12 for 1 big and 1 small. see picture. in the same plaza as joans fabric store and 85 grad bakery. the customer service is at the top. service is almost.

First of all, service was freakishly QUICK and I got the Tiger Milk Tea for myself and it was DELICIOUS. Definitely coming back here again.

Boba Fiend Tea House, at 2276 Griffin Way Suite 105 in Corona, was inspected Feb. 3 by the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health and received a failing grade of 80/B with one critical violation, for food-contact surfaces not being clean. An employee was preparing tea and boba in the sink meant for warewashing, dish soap and sponges were in the sink meant for handwashing and dishes weren’t being washed properly even though staff had been told in multiple previous inspections how to wash dishes and to keep handwashing and warewashing in their designated sinks. Among the 12 lesser violations — many of which were listed as chronically repeated — there were rodent droppings by the water heater, but no other signs of vermin. The restaurant failed its last routine inspection in October and was temporarily closed for not having the ability to wash dishes; because of the repeated issues, it now faces an administrative hearing.

New favorite place for milktea boba. Asked for half sweetening, loved it! Super cute cups too!
