For example, one night, I had been going through the drive thru, but I was parked at the window, having already ordered my food. The lady at the window had been speaking to me and making eye contact, though I had no idea she was speaking spanish because of how fast she was talking, but she wasn 't talking to me. She was talking to her earpiece. I asked her what? A couple times because I clearly was misunderstanding her. She continues ignoring me while holding eye contact, and then asks, hot sauce? Just those two words, which did push my button. I only said Yes please to move on but behavior hasn 't improved from this restaurant. I feel like there could be a valuable lesson taught to the employee(s) about scripted lines that would help with what to say and how to properly direct their customers. What happened tonight is barely worth mentioning, but a good example for why having a script would be useful. Once I was done giving my food order at the intercom, they only said ok now, I 'm pretty conscious and know what I 'm doing, so I knew it was my cue to pull up to the window for payment. Ideally, I would appreciate a review of my order for confirmation, provided with a total price for my order.
The food here is so good. I don't think you can really go wrong with any menu item, but the shredded beef tacos are especially delicious.
We came to El Paso Tx from Georgia to visit family and we arrived hungry to El Paso Tx lol We came here to Riva’s Taco Shop everything was perfect for our Family. Food, customer service, kind staff, and how fast the food was served and it was freshly made. We are happy so we will come visit again. Thanks again Riva’s Taco
Food isn't good, it's overpriced and bland. The staff has also never been friendly any time I have visited. They make their money on being the only place open late. If you want quick Mexican or to Aliberto's in Albany or Andy's on 9th. They are friendly and yummy.
It's good food but good lord the prices have gone through the roof lately.
