El Pollo Loco - Costa Mesa

I love it, pollo Loco is my favorite. Love salads, beans a chicken.

Mexican music in the background makes it a Mexican experience. My tostada was rica.

Used the drive-thru, and it took about 15 minutes from start of line, which was about 5 cars deep from the ordering speaker. I ordered chicken tacos and a double chicken bowl and was beyond stuffed and pretty satisfied with the taste once I mixed the bowl up with salsa, but it could use more seasoning on the chicken, imo.

They are extremely rude in the drive thru. Was just there 10 minutes ago. Ordered and paid for a double chicken taco salad and this is whqt I got? 7-8 pieces of chicken? I hate to complain but I never come here Bcuz of how rude your drive thru staff is!!! If I could choose 0 stars I would.

The drive thru checkout was not very friendly, seemed upset when we ask for the green sauce.
