Carl's Jr - Cottonwood

I just hopped on Google to leave a four star review and found I made one a few months ago. But then I noticed a one star with incendiary comments from a month ago. I looked at their one photo, it was gross , but I can 't figure out what it 's a photo of, it looks like something out of the dumpster. I have never had a bad meal from the drive thru. I love the food and the prices are 'fair ', all things considered. I don 't think posting such a review is justified unless the customer reached out to management to make it right, and they didn 't. But I 'm headed there right now. If I had to kill I 'd be vegetarian, , so I 'm glad they do it for me. Ha.

I have tried to contact Carl 's Junior concerning their policy on Senior Discounts by phone but it does not accept calls. I was referred to their website and made inquiries in June Aug. but have yet to get a response. Raul the manager refuses to give a discount and when he returns your change it 's short . I think Carl 's either does not care or they appreciate the extra money. Service: Take out
