This is a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy a cigar. The atmosphere is clean, and the staff is friendly. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 stars is that I feel if you purchase a $10 cigar, a soda should be included.

I stopped by to pick up a gift for a friend, and I was really impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the salesperson. Even though I didn't know anything about cigars, she didn’t make me feel out of place or uncomfortable.

This place is incredible! They make out-of-town visitors feel like part of the family!

I made a point to arrive early today at around 12:30 PM, knowing they would recognize him. I was curious about the service I would receive and also wanted to observe how other customers were treated. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how much effort they have put into improving their service. Every business faces employee challenges from time to time, but it's their response and how they handle these issues that determine their long-term success. I’ve had wonderful service at places like Fogo de Chao and Cooper's Hawk, but I've also experienced poor service at those same establishments. In each case, the management stepped up to address the situation and put their best foot forward. After spending two hours there this afternoon, I can confidently say I'll be returning. The atmosphere and the selection of cigars were outstanding. Tony D.
