Cocoa Caffe - Coventry

Not the best, order came promptly but sandwich wasn’t quite what I ordered, quality so-so. When questioning it I was told they were out of stock and this was the closest they had. If they had told me this when ordered I would have ordered something else. Given the other options within 50m of the door I won’t be making the mistake to come back.

The place is not clean, the food is not fresh and the dishes are sticky and dirty. I am amazed how they are this dirty but still open.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, prices are reasonable, and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awful service got order wrong and even after my vegetarian friend explained what she wanted, she still got a chicken wrap, were reluctant to refund and couldn't care less she had eaten some, absolutely shocking , wouldn't let me choose zero not a one at all

Went there for lunch with a first time visitor to Coventry and to say I was ashamed is an understatement. Ordered a cooked breakfast my husbands beans were cold and 2 jacket potatos which were both stone cold when we complained tgey redid them but they didn't take criticism very well. Stay well clear of it.
