When you see the other reviews, it is certain that the consensus of customer service is bad. But from my personal experience, it's pretty good. As I ordered at Deliveroo and as it could not indicate if you wished a Sizzler Filet I called and asked, and the guy was quiet about it. So the food itself... I would have the burger (double decker) a 7/10 it was pretty good, but compared to the Dixys in Birmingham (where I live) it was a little missing. The strips were definitely a 10/10. Probably some of the best Dixy strips I've ever had. Friends were probably a 5/10 edible, but not for me. BBQ wings probably a 6/10 not bad, but not for me again.

Good food quick service for food and collection delivery service is slow

Used to buy from here all the time loved the food but they have put their prices up massively my go to order normally 10.35 now costs me 17pounds not including delivery so will not be able to order from here again
