Feedback gevenChick Fe La never disappoints. Great service right at your car. Delicious chicken sandwiches, shakes and I love their chicken noodle soup! They give you plenty of crackers for your soup.
I recently ordered using Chick-fil-A?s delivery service. I normally don?t have any issues, until now. The driver made me aware of the bag being ripped seemed kinda weird, if the bag ripped prior to them leaving the location they should have swapped itout. I called the store they agreed to resend my order with a different driver, hopefully that was a one off experience.Update??The location redelivered my food a second time with no problem. I increased the rating by 3.
I don't know what has happened to this Chick-fil-A but it has gone downhill. The employees are not friendly anymore, they're always frowning and look frazzled, takes forever to get through the drive through, and your order is never right. Went heretoday and got a kid's meal and a regular sandwich meal with no pickles. They didn't give me the juice for the kid's meal, forgotmy sauces, and my sandwich has extra extra pickles. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to be doing quality control here.
These order takers outside seem warn out! Customer service is lacking. They all seem tired like they don?t wanna be here. Maybe they are over worked. The regular good customer service seems to be decreasing. There is a mistake anytime we go now. Missingsaucers, chicken is wrong. It?s to the point where it?s hit or miss here
I want to say that I?ve had my share of working at Chick-Fil-A and the lady who took my order was not only rude, but didn?t repeat my order. She was not attentive to my order and when I asked for a Spicy grilled deluxe, she didn?t repeat my orderalthough I pointed towards it. She did ask what kind of cheese I wanted, but they instead charged me the difference for amistake she made. Not only that, but she tried to explain she repeated my order and said that I did not say spicy grilled. Ifyou are not clear on what I said, I believe you should ask and I will tell you exactly what I want. I also ordered a cookie andwas not given it to me. I?m disappointed in the way she acted and I was standing at the front counter while she was talkingabout me. Not only that, but she had a trainer shirt on. Do better at representing where you work.. especially if you?re overteam members. Also, if you?re having to replace my food.. I would expect fresh fries. I worked in a metro ATL location and wewere much busier than you guys were.
