Starbucks - Covington

Enjoying my free tall latte as part of the Starbucks Pop Up Party today from 1-2pm. Large interior with lots of table space and also plenty of comfy, oversized chairs if you would rather relax. Very clean, and also very friendly service.????

This has happened to me multiple times in the past few months but now for the past 3 days in a row with different coffees. Starbucks is already ridiculous on price at times but this is particular visit was to much of a shortage. I pay the extra price for a venti and still get a grande. Not happy with the service I?ve been getting with this Starbucks. Rather drive the extra few miles to get my money worth.

Came here to get coffee for someone who had a dairy allergy. The barista was extremely sensitive to our needs, ensuring the pitcher used was cleaned correctly between uses to prevent accidental cross-contamination and checking syrup ingredients lists. They also did a fantastic job recommending an absolutely delicious beverage. Not very many places go above and beyond to cater to the needs of those who have allergies, so I greatly appreciate their service!

Sometimes the coffee is good sometimes not so good. The app shows they are out of cold brew a lot but if you order there they have cold brew. They are out of a lot of breakfast items usually that fit dietary restrictions. Fortunately they have hired a lot of new staff and their hours have pretty much gone back to normal.. Baristas can be a little salty at times.

My review is for the drive through and drink! Stagg was always pleasant and even saw my puppy and offered a pup cup which she loved. My Shaken tea was sweet and shaken we all know we've gone to get a drink and it not be made how we like it, but this was Staff was friendly my brownie warm drink perfect doggo happy. Just a great addition to my day
