Beautiful location and food is pretty good but lacks flavor or any spices. Alcohol is expensive especially if drinks presented are supposed to have alcohol but don’t. Be honest and give what we pay for and I would have wanted to return. Most staff act nice and kind.

PERFECTION!!!! I brought my girlfriend (now fiancé here and proposed to her on the island, so this island and hotel now has a very special place to our hearts. Everything about this hotel, the rooms, the staff, the water, the restaurants is beyond incredible. The location of the hotel is the best on the entire island. The staff is always there and ready to accommodate in any shape they can but they are never in your face, which is exactly how it should be. I had booked a private dinner on the beach to celebrate yesterday, but a nasty storm rolled thru and started raining, so the staff very quickly and without me having to provide an explanation, quickly changed and accommodated our special dinner to the Italian restaurant (Alfredo which was incredible. They moved everything around, got the roses I had set up brought to the table and simply made it work!!! They then set up our room with more rose pedals, chocolates, balloons and champagne as a surprise to my fiancé when we got back. She loved it. UGHHH we do not want to leave. We actually felt like we were royalty. Please, do YOURSELF a favor a book here. Don’t waste your time trying to save a little money and booking at an all inclusive resort, it’s just not on the same caliber. Pay a little extra, but stay in heaven that is intercontinental. I want to personally thank the two amazing concierge ladies that were there on 10/23 as well. They were sooo sweet and went out of their way to help and accommodate. Thank you to everyone here, we could not have asked for a better stay.

Great hotel, Very professional dive shop. Great experience overall. Much prefer these types of hotels vs all inclusive ones.
