Dunkin' - Crafton

I stop at this Dunkin often before I go to work. I find that in the morning, it is easier to order ahead and pick up in store because the drive thru can get so packed that you can't move or you're stuck on the street. Friendliness of staff isn't great, but they aren't outwardly rude. All in all they get the job done and I rarely have to wait very long for my coffee!

Although my apple fritter was good, it was really cold. Probably because it was really cold inside the store. There was no way I could sit down and eat my food without shivering.

Love the iced coffees. The Refreshers are really good too.

Parking: Limited parking and the drive through can be a nightmare.

The new employees in the drive-through are rather rude. They have gotten my orders wrong more times since they reopened after remodeling than in the past year.
