Starbucks - Craigavon

Had simply the most beautiful cup americano coffee. breathe a really tasteful Caesar wrap. finished with a chocolate muffin and carrot cake with my nab wood that were skrumple. yum yum! the first time here today, and we will definitely be back! Go on!

Hi I wanted to come on here and thank Catherine from the Starbucks craigavon drive thru for always being so sweet, happy welcoming and managing to be the only one to make my drink to perfection, I’ve had to return a few drinks and each time Catherine remade my drink it was perfection honestly I kid you not so from now on I will be asking for Catherine to make it, no problem is to big for her, her customer service is out standing and I wanted to give credit where it’s due so if you get to read this Catherine thankyou you made my day today and I will be returning for many more of my favourite drinks x

Slowest service of any Starbucks I have been to.. plenty of staff but no sense of urgency. Staff aimlessly milling about

*CRAIGAVON DRIVE THRU* Staff are literally ALL rude and miserable and continuously get my order wrong, I had to park up after going through drive thru go in and no one served me and when they eventually did and just brushed me off like I was the inconvenience, I had to wait another 10 minutes as they corrected my order and continuously took more orders and left mine to last. I came here every day but the miserable faces of the staff I think I will park up and walk across to rushmere shopping centre. The staff needs seriously some customer service training as regular customers will get fed up like myself.

Dreadful. I wrote a review 2 years ago and will be saying exactly the same today. Absolutely NO savoury gluten free options one offering was a sweet fruit and nut 'tiny ' bar. Even though it was busy, the 'wait ' was bearable, but noone called my name when my mums panini was ready. (Why bother taking my name? Coffee was mediocre, tables were dirty, it was just 'substandard '! Staff at the till were pleasant enough but clearly have not received training in hospitality. Very disappointing and will not frequent again. Should have tried Costa which I wrote in my last review 2 years ago!!
