Texas Roadhouse - Cranston

Food was sub par and the Customer service was even worse. I ordered a rib-eye that was mid. With Mac and cheese my 5 year old niece can make better than what they gave me. I originally ordered green beans but they had pork in it so I had to change it 3x cause instead of asking me what I wanted they decided to pick for me and he brought the wrong thing twice. Never coming back again.

I’m revising my previous review. We took time away from this location. I talked to management… we’d been coming since it opened. We decided to give it another try. Well this is the 5 time back and it’s been flawless. Food service everything excellent! I’m glad to say Congrats for getting it right. Highly

First time at this location. It was lively, busy, yet I enjoyed the atmosphere. The waitress Eleana was excellent. The food was delicious. I have zero complaints. Only waited under 5 minutes for a booth, and it was family Sunday peak time.
