Mcdonald's - Crestview

Update; this McDonald's went from a 2 to a five in one years time.Great service and food just right, not sure but it might be because of new guy Robert.Great job!

It's a fast food place. Food is ok for Mc Donalds food. Service is hit or miss.

The service is declining big time. Not only the food sucks and is now extremely greasy, soggy and the fries barely even filled. The customer service is even worse.

Drive thru was super slow. I actually had to cancel my food order and only kept my tea order so we could hurry and leave. The line was way backed up at the pay window and the cashier couldnt keep up.Update: still rude service and mgr appeared to be on drugs.

Kind of upset with this visit. Ordered 2 happy meals via mobile app and was only given one happy meal. It was fixed quickly but unfortunately they didn't know what one was made and they put things on it that was not liked. Other than that, it was fixed promptly and sauces were provided.
