Tropical Smoothie Café - Crestview

I ordered through DoorDash on the app, but they made my smoothie wrong. I asked for no strawberry, substitute banana, and they forgot to add the tomato that was supposed to be on the sandwich. The only change I made was the type of cheese. This location is one of the worst I have been to since I last visited years ago. It has only gotten worse. I will be giving my business to Destin and Fort Walton instead of returning to this location.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. If it were possible, I would give it a zero rating. The staff is completely clueless about how to prepare or even the ingredients in their dishes. I have never had a negative experience at a tropical smoothie cafe before, until now.
