Super rude staff. My 3yo was using the pen they give for order to draw on the paper napkin. We get if they dont want kids to use their pen they could have just told us. The rude lady waiter just snatched it from my dd and told me off this is not for her, its for you to order’ This made my daughter cry there. And when we spoke to the manager and told him that we would like us to be told you rules and that we do not expect our daughter to be treated like this, he offered if we want we could leave. We just left, never to come back to such a rude place. The food might be good for all we care. But will never step into a place where people do mot have basic human value and maturity to behave with a kid! A big fat NO to this place. There are much better dimsum places around will go there anytime. Not this place!

The dim sum at Tai Tung is terrible. My family and I ordered steamed tofu skin rolls, which were clearly leftovers from the previous day as they were dark brown. When we asked for fresh rolls, we were only given 2 fresh ones and 1 leftover roll, which was outrageous. Despite being too tired to complain again, we ate the food and vowed never to return. The restaurant is popular due to the recent influx of immigrants from Hong Kong, who miss their dim sum and have no other options. However, the crowded restaurant does not reflect the quality of the food. Additionally, we had to wait in line for a table and the service was slow, leading to my car being parked for over 2 hours in the Wing Yip carpark, where UKPS charged me £100. Beware of this scam!

Our experience at the restaurant was absolutely terrible, all thanks to the manager, Leong. We arrived around 2.30pm after lunch and despite there being plenty of available tables, we were not allowed to sit at the window table because we were only a party of 3 and the table was meant for 6. When I questioned Leong about this, he rudely told us to wait outside for a table. His attitude was incredibly disrespectful, so we decided to leave. We used to be regular customers at this restaurant for many years, but will not be returning due to Leong's rudeness.

Absolutely Poor service. Very rude! No politeness at all. They just dump on the table and left. Do not waste your time and money in there.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to the rude and arrogant attitude of the staff. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the waiting staff were abrupt. During our meal, a waitress started clearing our table without asking for permission while we were still eating. When I confronted her, she simply stated that it was their practice. The manager was also dismissive when I provided feedback. I have had poor experiences at this restaurant before and will not be returning.
