Subway - Crystal Lake

I would give this place 1 star, but I will give it 2 because I like to subway. arlene (in taking the manager because she is there every time I go) is extremely rude. she always seems like it's an inconvenience every time a customer enters. read these reviews, I guarantee that they are all about them. consider them, new management.

Rudest assistant manager I've ever spoken to. They never try to correct their mistakes because its happened several times. Bad Location...try some where else..

Subway in CrystaLake on Route 14 is our favorite Subway location . I always ask to put on extra veggies. I get a 12 sub and took picture of the second half. It's so fresh and they are generous with their veggies. Through the app we get points. Today we got two footlong and also got couple off and were able to combine it with their promo. We have been going to them for a few years and switched from another town that they are not as generous with their toppings. Great job on being prompt and following our special requests! We are one of their regulars. Well worth going to this location.

I can't wait for them to get beef again but I think this particular subway is a lot better than the other ones I have been to.
