Grass Rootes - Culpeper

I'm doing 3 stars due to the fact that there was not really anything on the menu that I really wanted, so maybe if there's something on the menu you really wanted, it might be different.Sooooooo...Limited menu. Food was OK, had 4 meals ,4 drinks, 3 desserts. Our bill was $267.00.... I have trouble justifying this.Before tip!!!! Not worth that. I am a little baffled by this.

Great food service in a really cool historical building. We love Grassrootes!! The food is always delicious, we love how fresh everything is. It’s a super relaxed and comfortable environment for everyone, including kids. 10/10 highly recommend!!

On my day off I decided to treat myself to lunch. I cannot and will not look at a burger the same way. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was the best burger I ever had. The size of the burger blew me away. The bartender was amazing and Kelly the owner is approachable and wonderful. Grass Rootes is my favorite restaurant and I highly recommend if you have not been there, you need to check them out! Amazing!
