Pizza Hut - Cutler Bay

I often go to this great place! This is my favorite place to have a good dinner. I'm going there regularly. The kitchen is simply great, the staff are polite and the fee is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a delicious meal.

Customer service is bad at the store. Curbside Pick-up is a hit or miss. You could get someone who takes care of customer service and picks up your order, or you could get someone more important about checking and talking on their phone.

The Pizza hat from Besteckgrat (Cutler Bay) is one of the best services. Darwin one of the managers is polite and the best!

Pizza horrible and burnt!!! I called and told them and they said it was nothing they could do. The customer service is horrible!!!! Waste of money because I couldn?t even enjoy the full pizza only ate 2 slices.

I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza for 2 senior citizens. They wanted a pizza for a change of pace. The pizza was old and the meat was cooked so hard the seniors couldn't eat it. The pepperoni tasted like crisp bacon. I tried to call 4 times, but was placed on hold for a long time, 26 minutes. Disappointed
