Feedback gevenThe coffee was delicious. The hot chocolate I ordered for my child came out at the right temperature, which was good. There were places to sit both indoors and outdoors.
Craft coffee is a nice departure from the typical cookie cutter style coffee shops in the area. The Cypress area does not have many actual coffee shops, so this is a relief. I stopped by Craft Coffee after some physical therapy after they (PT) recommendedit as a nice local shop. The atmosphere is nice and it is obvious that the locals enjoy the coffee; the shop was full. Thereare plenty of espresso options and offered several dairy alternatives which is always a plus. The staff were courteous andfriendly. The prices were slightly higher than the aforementioned cookie cutter shops, but the options were presented muchnicer. I decided to enjoy my americano in house and was not disappointed in my stay. It was very relaxing. The customers seemedupscale which is also a plus and they can often throw off the experience. There were plenty of pastry and food items available,if you are interested. Overall, I enjoyed my brew and will likely stop by again if I 'm caught at physical therapy without mycoffee fix.
Having been in the specialty coffee industry for many years, it's always a pleasure to visit the newest coffee shops. I must say that the staff here are all very kind and provide excellent service. The atmosphere is cozy, with some interesting design choices, although some are better than others. However, my issue lies with the coffee. The espresso was quite bitter, with only faint notes trying to come through but ultimately being overshadowed by ashy and burnt flavors. There is also a lack of variety in coffee options – one would expect a place that prides itself on craft coffee to offer more than just a house blend. While this may be considered outstanding for the suburban clientele, those more experienced in coffee will notice the shortcomings. My recommendations would be to add at least one other espresso option and to ensure that baristas are properly trained, including in aspects such as steaming milk and consistently adjusting the coffee grind. As a former barista, I am sharing these thoughts in the hopes of improvement. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide how to run your business.
I absolutely loved the iced mocha at this restaurant! I came back a second time and it was still amazing. However, the pastry I ordered was not good. Regardless, I will definitely return to try other coffee drinks. I really enjoy this place.
This restaurant lives up to its reputation. The positive reviews you find here are accurate. As soon as I walked in, the service began and continued flawlessly throughout my visit.
