Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery - Cypress

Always at treat to have Tiff's Treats. The blonde is my favorite brownie.

Tremendous was sooo sweet! Amazing customer service from her and she was very patient since it was my first visit. I ordered the peanut butter and jelly cookie, it was so soft and delicious.I also ordered the oatmeal raisin cookie, it was delicious as well. The inside was very clean, I love how the cookies were displayed. Thanks for the awesome service guys.

The treats are amazing and what makes them even better is the package and bow. Think about opening a new cell phone the way it's all just perfect. Tiff did that

UPDATE: (5 STARS) After just 1 day someone from Tiff's Treats customer service reached out and addressed my original post. I had been overcharged and left feeling like an idiot, but Tiff's customer service stepped in and made it right. So glad there are still companies who care about their customers. Well done! I'm a fan for life now!ORIGINAL POST: (1 STAR) Ordered an ice cream sandwich “Tiffwich” as they call them. Menu says they’re $6… ok I’ll splurge since it’s Fathers Day. Bill rang up $9.50 because apparently the Tiffwich doesn’t come with cookies so that’s an additional $3.50. I pointed this out and also noted a scoop of ice cream is $2. I thought it was a mistake. The servers explained the Tiffwich doesn’t come with cookies and while a scope of ice is listed as $2 the magic of the Tiffwich cost me $9.50. I’ve lived in Houston less than week and find it hard to believe places like this exist. 1 star for poor service and a misleading menu. I’ll take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same. Their cookies are pretty good though.

Love Tiff’s and this location. The cookies are always delivered fresh and fast! Today they threw in an extra treat with a sweet note! Thank you, Tiff’s Fry Road location!
