I visited this restaurant after becoming interested in it from a video. I was surprised by the large "welcome" sign when passing through the automatic door. The interior was filled with a Showa era vibe and I was surprised by the large number of seats. Among the many menu options, I ordered the "Tendon (large serving)" and my wife ordered the "Char siu ramen". Please note that the staff will not come to take your order, and water or tea is self-service, so please be aware. When we passed in front of the automatic door, it always opened, probably due to its sensitive sensor, so please be careful. We waited for about 10 minutes. The "Tendon" was incredibly delicious, especially the "Ebi Ten" with large shrimp that had a satisfying texture. The tempura sauce was not too sweet, and paired well with the rice. The "Char siu ramen" had a clear and not too heavy soup, and the curly noodles had a satisfying chewiness. It was a really great restaurant. When we left, the automatic door said "thank you", which was amusing. In my opinion, they must be operating it remotely.
The Moyashi ramen at Oowani Onsen was delicious. The only downside was that the location of the parking lot was hard to find. If you are going there for the first time, you will need to ask the staff for directions to the parking lot or you may have trouble finding it.
