Burger King - Dallas

There were only two people working inside the restaurant. It took five minutes before we were even greeted. The soda machine in the dining room was out of order and there were limited drink options available. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told they didn't have the key. No receipt was given to anyone in my group, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.

Terrible experience! Avoid this place at all costs. The employees were rude, there were dead bugs everywhere, and the bathrooms were locked with no intention of unlocking them until I threatened to let my child use the bathroom on the floor. I was forced to buy a soda in order to get the key to use the bathroom. The bathroom was infested with at least 10 giant dead bugs and there were 5 more scattered throughout the restaurant. There were also gnats all around the soda machine. It was so bad that I didn't even let my kids drink the soda. Overall, a truly horrible experience.

Husband and I stopped by at 10:50am Wed , July 12, 2023. Only 2 other customers in store. I needed to get into the locked bathroom and my husband was ordering a iced tea. It took nearly 10 minutes for the mngr to tell me I needed to make a purchase. Told her I was with him (husband), and she still lectured me...she finally gave an unbusy employee her keys to the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. Overflowing trash cans. Big bug in the sink. I'm a senior and did not make it to the restroom in time. Your mngr should be more customer friendly especially when the store isn't busy. Will not stop at any Burger Kings again. McDonalds it is!!

Horrible! Waited for 5 minutes for someone to get my order. Manager told paying customer she couldn't use restroom.. HorribleFood: 3/5

I recently visited this restaurant located at 8383 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247 to try the Impossible Whopper. Unfortunately, the taste was not as good as the regular one. However, the staff was friendly and customer-focused. They offer a vegetarian option, the Impossible Whopper burger. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has plenty of parking space available. Wheelchair accessibility is also provided.
