Just Encased Craft Sausages - Dallas

They were at ft. worth indian dealers. I had the chicken roast chicken and it was great! the rest of the group had different things and all were satisfied. the daughter had only the pork sausage and liked it. put them on my list when I need a food truck.

Just Encased food truck was at Rahr Brewery one weekend and we had to try them. I love the concept high-end sausage hotdogs. They had 4 sausage dogs to try we did the OooMami beef sausage. It is topped with truffle mushrooms, smoked gouda, bacon, scallions and, chili mayo. Sounds good I know it was very good. We shared it with the French fries also very good.

Best Hotdog I have had in a looooooong time. Good customer service and great food. 5/5 recommend. Wish they can come to our apartment complex more often.

Came to our apartment today and really enjoyed the fried chicken hot dog and mac cheese hot dog! Every bite was tasty.

Just stopped by on a whim because we were driving by! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. We had one of each (we had four people total) , every flavor was great, and the fries were incredible! The staff had great sanitation practices (sanitizing the pagers) and wore masks properly. Prices were great! Will be back soon!
