Feedback gevenThe food was fantastic, but the service was even better! I placed my order with Kevin, and he is definitely the main reason I'll return to this location. He greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful when I asked for menu suggestions. Kevin took the time to greet every customer who walked in and was very attentive to everyone dining in, making rounds to check on patrons. He did all of this with a cheerful attitude and a smile. His hard work has truly restored my faith in humanity! The food was great as well, arriving quickly and fresh. I can't wait to visit again!
I had a great delivery experience. The produce was fresh and crispy, and the Smash sauce is definitely a must-try.
This is one of my favorite gluten-free meal options, and it's always excellent. The turkey burger tastes just like a regular hamburger. I highly recommend it! Plus, if you download the app, ordering is quick and convenient, and you can easily connect it to their user-friendly rewards program.
We live just a couple of blocks away from this restaurant, which makes it convenient for us. However, I've noticed that on several occasions our orders have been incorrect. I'm not talking about complicated orders; even simple requests, like a chicken sandwich with just cheese, often come out wrong. They frequently forget items like condiments and fries too. It might be easier and safer to just walk across the street to Shake Shack instead.
When I picked up our order, all four hot burgers were crammed into one bag along with the fries. We had ordered four different meals, and the presentation was quite poor. While the food tasted good, it felt like customer care was lacking. It would have made sense to separate the burgers into two bags—two in one and two in another—to keep them warm and avoid making a mess. Instead, everything was jumbled together. As for the fries, they were so overcooked that even my dog, who usually loves fries, wouldn’t touch them. I’m really disappointed after spending my money and not feeling fully satisfied. It’s late—10:17 PM—so finding another option isn’t easy. I hope someone can address my concerns. Thank you.
