Big Deal Burger - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I placed an order for a couple of combos so when the uber driver William came, I asked about my drinks he said they didn 't give him the drinks. I looked at the order receipt and noticed that he gave me the wrong order so I called William back to tell him I had the wrong order, so he took it back and ubereats support canceled my order. So then I reorder the same order and I called Big Deal Burger and talked to a lady who answered the phone (i forgot her name) and explained to her what was going on and she asked, did you pay for two orders? I said, no because my first order was canceled thru ubereats and that I reordered the second one . Then she proceeded to tell me that the first order was still there and i asked her if they could give me a fresh order she said yes after stumbling over her words and talking someone else that was talking to her. So I waited for the second order to be delivered by Stefani and I noticed that she didn 't have my drinks either. So I called Big Deal burger back and talked to Keisha and told her that I didn 't get my drinks so she said call let ubereats know and my food was not fresh or hot. My burger was ice cold soggy and cold and my fries were burned and cold. The ladies were nice but we were not pleased nor satisfied with our food. Thanks but no thanks

Tried the Nunchuck Norris burger! It was amazing. Definitely suggest this one.

They suck. They forgot our drinks the first time. The we ordered again they forgot the fries to the combo. Then we ordered the brisket cheese fries, the cheese was plain cheese and not their advertised Jalapeno cheese suace. They ALSO forgot to put bbq sauces. Also tried calling their location, their mailbox is not set up. NO one picked up.

Orderd for dinner tonight. Fries were great. Burgers were hugeeeee. Will order again.

Went a couple weeks ago on the weekend. We didn't realize it was inside the Dickey's restaurant. Ignore the recent bad reviews. This is why I don't use any of these food delivery app services. They're not reliable. You go yourself and that way you make sure the service is to your liking. The burgers were fantastic, and the service was absolutely wonderful. The people working there were very kind and made sure we were taken care of.
