Feedback gevenThis is my second visit to this location, and I noticed they've started wrapping the burgers in paper. I used to really enjoy getting home to a fluffy bun in a box, rather than having it flattened by condensation from the paper wrap or squished by other items in the bag. The beef is still fine, but overall the burger is just average at best. I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to come here anymore—there are plenty of other average fast-food drive-thru options closer to me that are just as good.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I spent more than half of my lunch break waiting in the drive-thru. At one point, I saw a worker place my bag next to the window without actually handing it to me. I had to honk and ask if that was my food before they finally handed it over. There really seems to be no sense of urgency.
I really enjoy the burgers here, but I can't tolerate a dirty restaurant. The floors were grimy with food, over half of the tables were unclean, and the ones that had been wiped down looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. It wasn’t busy at 2:30 PM, with only two other customers dining in. One female staff member had long hair down to her waist without a hair net, which I found unappetizing. There was also a broken table in the middle of the restaurant. This is a fairly new establishment that was spotless during my first visits, so I’m not sure what went wrong. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
During my last visit, I didn’t get enough French fries. I called to let them know, and the lady assured me they would make it right. Here’s the evidence. (Pic) They handled it very professionally, which I appreciated. Just a heads up: expect to wait in line when you come here. I can't blame Freddy's for that; if a restaurant is good, it’s bound to attract customers. Freddy’s definitely tastes much better than that other place down the street. Call me the Terminator, because I’ll be back!
I went through the drive-thru, and my fries were as hard as a rock and definitely not fresh! I was in a hurry, so I had to eat in the parking lot. I called the manager to let him know about the issue, and he asked if I wanted a fresh order. Of course, I did! That’s what I paid for! I couldn't believe they would serve those inedible fries in the first place! I assumed the manager would come out with the fresh fries, but he never showed up. So, I called him back to ask if I needed to go through the drive-thru again, and he said yes. He should have brought the fries out to me since there were plenty of employees around! The service here is just terrible! On top of that, the other staff members don’t even bother to say thank you, and most of them are too busy on their phones. Overall, a very disappointing experience at this location!
