Gorditas La Mina - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

We had passed by this place plenty of times when coming to the bazaar, so today we decided to check it out. I ordered a frijoles gordita and a tinga gordita. My fiancee ordered the gordita de chicharron, rajas con queso, and frijoles con queso. We waited about 15 minutes for our order to come out and I was only able to eat the bean gordita because I felt that the tinga one was a littlte too salty for my taste. The red and green sauces were watered down, and the green didn't taste like much, but the red had a slight kick to it, which is how we prefer out salsa. If you don't mind the long wait for your food, then this is a good place to eat at.

The food is good taste, but the service is very slow, even when there are no many customers, don’t come here very hungry, you will get mad lol , and no : freshly handmade gorditas is not the reason they are slow, they got all the stuff prepared, they got like 5 ladies cooking , they have a very large griddle, is unexplainable how come they are so slow

I ask for fajita sopes and I got pork meat I'm a good lover I can say Micheladas are good normal a place to drink maybe food ahhh ‍ no.

I visited the grand opening five years ago, and today I returned to find it even better than before. The restaurant is small, so you might have to wait for a table, but it's definitely worth it. The prices are reasonable as well.

Delicious gorditas! The food is incredibly fresh, and the customer service is excellent. I will definitely be returning.
