First timer here, the salad is great and the ingredients were fresh. The staff were very helpful and the process of selecting your salad is self explanatory as you go through the line. Some reviews due complain about the portions for pricing however that wasn’t an issue for me. As normally meals are typically anywhere from 13-15$ a person for most places. I enjoyed the food and look forward to visiting again.

It’s hit or miss. Salads are nice and reasonably priced. I have been visiting this place for the past couple of months. Visited yesterday and again today. Today the pita chips were stale and yesterday the staff forgot to add the pita chips to my bag so I needed to come back to the restaurant to get them. There is a lot of new staff that needs to be trained. Also I don’t think I’d ever try a call in or online delivery from here. A number of the employees do not speak any English and it’s easy for them to put the wrong food on your salad due to that. Smaller complaints that lead to big issues for folks expecting a quick and easy ordering experience. But it’s a quick salad bar chain so overall it’s fine to try out.

The salad was decent, but the staff seemed to prioritize takeout orders over dining in. I stood at the counter while three takeout orders were processed, and when I asked for assistance with my order, the employee informed me that she was busy with takeout orders. I haven't experienced this kind of service at other Salata locations. Service: 1/5.

The meal was absolutely delicious, especially the Thai wrap. However, I had to wait several minutes after paying for my food without any acknowledgment. The staff member was distracted, looking at her phone and listening to voice messages while I stood right in front of her. If you can't notice someone waiting for their order like that, your awareness of your surroundings is seriously lacking. It felt a bit intentional, and I have to admit, it hurt my feelings a bit. Sorry, but I couldn’t bring myself to leave a tip for a $15 wrap in this economy; I hope you can understand.
