Chicken Salad Chick - Daphne

This place visited twice. My first visit was that I inaugurated lunch on 11/3/15 and ordered the classic chicken salad with one side of her cabbage salad and a Dr. Pepper. Of course they threw in their cookie of the day. Coming back from 11/9/15 in the evening, two chickens ordered classic sandwiches with grape salad and their cookie of the day. My wife really enjoyed the grape salad and I also got extra Pimento cheese sandwich. It was good, but a little on the spicy side. However, note that this place is a little pricy.

A good customer service is rare nowadays. It was so nice to eat at a place to lunch that should be the poster child for excellent customer service skills! A restaurant can have excellent food, but if customer service is bad, I will not be back to buy your excellent food. Fortunately, this location has the best of both worlds. Keep the good work Chicken Salad Chick Daphne, and thank you for a very pleasant culinary experience

I had a problem with the way Dixie chicks were prepared and Misty the owner personally called me and apologised for what had happened, she made some very good points why it wasn't as delicious as last time. Only for them very friendly and answer all my questions I have changed my review to a 5!!! It is very rare today to find such quality customer service. Thank you, Misty!

I haven't found any taste of chicken salad here yet, that I don't LOVE!! It's my favorite go-to-lunch spot!

Fresh original styles of chicken salad, egg salad, pimento cheese and other good stuff. Make sure you try the grape salad.
