Primohoagies - Darby Township

Im a frequent customer and my order is the same every purchase. My hoagie was poorly made and uneven, mayo was only on one side, there were FOUR layers of copper sharp STACKED under meat on mayo-less bread. Im so disappointed, i didnt eat but 2 bites. I was really hungry too.

Didnt like da Hoagie dis time and a few other times as well because of da stale roll!! I thought I will try it a few more times. Because Primos was my favorite Hoagie place. But from da Frankford area of Philadelphia!! And now I get another stale roll!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DIS PRIMOS....STEP UR GAME UP!! IM A CHEF....AND I DONT CARE WHAT U ARE MAKING NOR PREPARING!!!! FOOD IS ALWAYS MADE FROM DA HEART!!!! AND WHEN ITS DONE FROM DA HEART U CANT GO WRONG....UR GRUB WILL COME OUT DAMN GOOD!!!!

It wasnt what expected. I have better sandwiches from you guys It seems like it was pre-made. My bread was wet and the others seem not as fresh as usual.

I was very upset that my husband did not receive his Primo hoagies from Chestnut Hill. We had them from Roxborough for many months, but they have gotten terrible for some reason. I phoned Chestnut Hill Primo , and was told about Doordash delivering, so I placed the order online , supposedly from Chestnut Hill Primo, but as the map and receipt read, they were from Roxy. So sorry to hear that, so we will no longer be purchasing from Primo. Best hoagies in Philly.
