Wendy's - Darby Township

I order a sandwich 2 times from this location I order early today because I felt like they wouldn't mess up my order this time when I tell you never again never again. If you tired of the job leave find a new one they just hire kids nowadays like hire adults that not rude when they pick up the phone, make sure the work place is good, reading from these reviews this wendy is trash even the manager I will quit to be honest if I was this bad of manager I'm embarrassed for whoever runs this place.

They always have an attitude and they are so quick to make an order wrong but not quick to remake or give a refund. They clearly lack attention to detail and are extremely disrespectful. Ordered twice through DoorDash and they always forget to give me a chicken sandwich. Clearly can’t read tickets

App does not work here. Soda machine not working. Restrooms still out of order. So so clean. Food not so fresh here. Busy place, though.

I haven't been inside since COVID. They closed the first window, so you pay and get food at second window. The drive thru moves quickly and is staffed well. Food always hot and good. I have used doordash but I don't receive my drinks,so I'll do drive thru Everytime.
