Little Blue Joint - Darby

The waitress was good but I ordered a burger well done and it came to me medium rare so I asked for a well done cooked burger they made my order again and it was medium rare again so I went into the back to talk to the chef and the chef was the (owner) and I asked him wy I couldn't get a well done burger since I'm paying 20$ for the whole meal and he told me the fresh ground burger can't be cooked well done that burger will always be medium rare inside so I told him I could prove that I can cook it well done.. the (owner) 86's kicks me out for a month so I walked next door and payed for a well done burger and got exactly what I ordered without getting kicked out . Life truly shows us the best

The fish and chips are amazing, but the shoe ring fries are where it is! The burgers are also HUGE and delicious! My husband always commands a double, but the waitress warned him a single would be enough and he barely finished it! Great prices too, we will be back:

My friend and I went to Darby by chance. Small adventure to see the west, mountains, small town live. We're from Pittsburgh! Local food and small city restaurants are our thing! We found the Little Blue Joint so delicious. We have the chicken soup, pear salad, fish chips and Darby Rib! Just really good to die, some kind of food. One thing that was new for us is the portion sizes from West are massive!! Much bigger vs where we come from!

Great food, nice attention, friendly family environment, the fish and chips must try to worth the stop in Darby! Just complain: the place could be cleaner...
