Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour

We only had an issue with Open Table not notifying the restaurant of our reservation. However, the restaurant was excellent and we were able to be accommodated. Thank you to the staff at Fratelli Fresh.

When we arrived at the restaurant, our reservation couldn't be found. We were eventually seated but had to wait 10-15 minutes to receive menus. After ordering drinks, it took 20 minutes for them to arrive, and our food took another 30 minutes after that. We ended up waiting for over an hour for our meals. I wouldn't recommend this place, stay away!

Really enjoyed our first visit to Fratelli Fresh in Darling Harbour and it will be close to our radar. The service surprised us when considering how busy the restaurant was on Monday night.

A beautiful place, but my reservation was not at the desk when I arrived, which was disappointing when I had a foreign guest with me. The foreign guest also had a terrible time to find the place, so perhaps better signage should be considered in the area. The specials were also not provided to us and simply happened to see them in someone else's hands in the queue. The Pasta Special was quite bland, which was also disappointing.

Our drinks were ordered but arrived 20 minutes later only after we inquired about them. The food took an additional 30 minutes to arrive, leaving us seated for over an hour before receiving our meal. Overall, very disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs!
