Fermento Food Wine - Darlinghurst (NSW)

The food is delicious and the staff are all friendly. The atmosphere was elevated on Thursday with live music, and on Saturday it was bustling with lively crowds. I would definitely return when in Sydney.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was wonderful to feel like regulars at the restaurant. We enjoyed the prawn ravioli, lasagna, and calamari, all of which were fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful, picturesque Italian restaurant with really fantastic food, great service and an environment. The Roman pizza was so good. Never had such a fresh and tasty tomato base. The pasta also amazing. Presentation perfect. Nice wine list too, and all reasonable price. A wonderful place. Such exceptionally good Italian cuisine in a gemstone of a place.

Italian food, Italian wines, Italian staff. Nothing comes closer to being in Italy than dinner in Fermento. From the moment you enter until you get out, you can expect the best gastronomic experience from all Sydney. 10/10 highly recommended

Great food, good service and ambience. Pizza dough was amazing! Gorgonzola gnocchi was delicious. Definitely will go back.
