Al Forno - Darlington

We reserved a table for 30 people to celebrate our Silver Wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve. We were allocated the upstairs dining room exclusively for our party. The food was delicious, arrived hot, and was exactly as we had ordered. The staff were outstanding. We highly recommend Al Fornos. We give it 5 stars from us. Thank you for making our celebration stress-free on one of the busiest days of the year.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times. The food is fantastic, but unfortunately, the service is lacking. Top marks for the food, but the service needs improvement.

I went to Alforno's on Saturday, December 9th for the first time in a year, and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, decorated beautifully for Christmas. I went with friends and we all loved our meals. The atmosphere was so relaxing, it's no wonder they have won awards for their outstanding food. I will definitely be back. Alforno's truly made my afternoon special.

Went for a pre theatre meal, were warmly greeted and seated quickly. The food and service were first class and could not fault any part of the experience. Although the staff were young, they were very friendly and helpful and had obviously been well trained. The manager was attentive, friendly and helpful. Food excellent, we will be back. 5 stars.

We hadn't been here for a long time as were very disappointed last time we ate here. However, last night we were very pleased to see a busy restaurant and to report that the food was up to the standard we used to expect well done Al Forno for restoring our faith in you. We'll be back
