On two consecutive evenings (Saturday Sunday) we were allowed to pamper ourselves by Frederico and his team. In a very pleasant ambience, guests can choose from a varied map as well as different daily specialties. The dishes are excellently prepared and prepared and testify to high stability in the kitchen. The Filetto ai Porcini is a true dream, but also the fresh Tagliatelles with mussels and truffles are perfect. A homemade Panna Cotta must also not be missing. My husband and I were for the first time at the Ristorante Sardegna, we were allowed to taste Vitello Tonnato, spaghetti from fresh Parmesan-Rad with rocket and cherry tomato, as well as a delicious Panna Cotta for dessert. As an apperitive, there was the most delicious Aperol splash I ever drank. It rarely happens that I praise in such high tones, but here it is really appropriate.
